ORDER BY FAX:

Fax your request for a quote with all the appropriate information included to: 909-421-0249. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for return authorization.  No return will be accepted without a return authorization. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

PRICING:

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most shipping in the United States is done through Old Dominion Freight Lines. Under certain circumstances other carriers will be used. Shipping FOB nearest warehouses

How are Freight costs determined

Freight costs are determined by weight.  Because Hogan Company, Inc. has distribution centers across the country your order will be processed using the closest distribution center to your delivery point. When you check out your freight costs will be calculated for you.
